My name is Shana and I'm a fine art photographer in the small (but great) state of Rhode Island.  I reside on a charming 60 acre farm where I live with my wife, red dog, fat cat, and 2 horses.  I am a transplant from the west coast and my answer for where home is changes on any given day. At a young age, my family experienced a tragic loss and this deeply shaped how I saw the world.  For me, it's always been a contrast between the living and the dead, the light and the dark, and the past and the present; as for my photography, this is a theme that is woven in my images time and time again.
